Plans, cancellation & refunds.

Read these terms before buying. They describe the preview’s intended offers; live sales remain disabled.

Your first makeover

Eligible new customers receive one free makeover without a subscription or payment card. Save a free account to keep and download the original and generated image. Trial safeguards may limit repeated attempts. After that, a confirmed account may receive one blurred generated preview. The full preview remains locked until you use a credit or an eligible paid plan. A blurred preview is a real generated concept, not a completed renovation.

Choose a one-time purchase or a monthly plan

Monthly plans renew at the displayed monthly price until canceled. The checkout identifies the selected offer and amount before payment. A free makeover does not automatically start a paid subscription. Payment information is entered on Stripe’s hosted checkout. Do not use real card details in sandbox checkout.

Cancel anytime

Sign in, scroll to your account controls, and choose “Cancel subscription renewal.” There is no phone call or retention questionnaire. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep paid access through the current paid period. Saved photos and completed reports remain available subject to deletion and service availability. A subscription pause feature is not currently offered.

Refund policy

Paid periods and used digital credits are generally non-refundable. Canceling renewal does not automatically refund the current period. This does not limit refunds required by applicable law, unauthorized-charge protections, or correction of duplicate or erroneous billing. Contact Support for a billing review and include the transaction date and issue, but never a full card number. We do not prevent you from exercising lawful payment-dispute rights.

Design inspiration, not construction instructions

AI can alter fixed details or produce impractical designs. Check dimensions, material suitability, building requirements, accessibility and hidden conditions. Cost ranges are rough planning estimates, not bids or guaranteed bills of materials. Plumbing, wiring, structural work, gas, waterproofing and similar work need a qualified professional’s assessment. Contractor links are searches, not vetted referrals or bookings.

Shopping and downloads

AI-generated objects may not exist as pictured. Product suggestions identify similar items; they are not guaranteed exact matches. Confirm availability, dimensions, prices, shipping and returns with the retailer. Affiliate commissions, if introduced, will be disclosed near the links; no active affiliate program is claimed now. Downloads are for your personal project planning, subject to rights in any material you uploaded.

Your content and account

Upload only photos and instructions you have permission to use. You retain your rights to your photos and authorize the processing needed to deliver the requested service. Keep your login private. Do not automate bulk generation, resell account access, bypass trial limits or use the service unlawfully. Public sharing is optional; canceling a subscription does not revoke a share link, so manage links separately in your account.

Availability and contact

Services can be interrupted by provider outages, abuse controls or maintenance. We do not guarantee instant results or professional equivalence. These draft terms do not establish a jurisdiction, arbitration clause or waiver of statutory rights. The final legal operator and applicable regional requirements must be reviewed before launch.
